A history rooted in geography

Located in Terrebonne, Indicia was founded in 2006 by Daniel Lemire, whose reputation in the industry, built over the course of 30 years, is synonym of meticulousness, precision, analytic innovation and guaranteed results.


Mr. Lemire's interest towards geomarketing can be traced back to his childhood and his family's background in Montreal's taxi industry. His father helped him discover the metropolis at an early age, making him realize that the city was not a static, but rather and entity that keeps evolving over time, across a multitude of facets.


Years later, to gain further knowledge, Mr. Lemire has completed a baccalaureate in geography, as well as a masters in geostatistic.


After having realized many geomarketing mandates with another firm, Mr. Lemire decided to create is own business, Indicia, which to this day, continues to build its reputation with some of the best enterprises in Quebec and Canada alike, across numerous industries.

Mr. Lemire's interest in geomarketing can be traced to his childhood and his family background in the taxi industry in Montreal. His father, who introduced him to the metropolis from a young age, allowed him to understand that the city was not static, but rather an entity that evolves over time, depending on a multitude of factors.


Years later, still to enrich his knowledge, Mr. Lemire completed a bachelor's degree in geography as well as a master's degree in geostatistics.


After having realized many geomarketing mandates with another firm, Mr. Lemire decided to create is own business, Indicia, which to this day, continues to build its reputation with some of the best enterprises in Quebec and Canada alike, across numerous industries.

As a quebecer business, Indicia is proud to have a storefront in Terrebonne, occupying a 4,000 square foot space fully equipped to encourage collaboration between our different teams.
